Monday at a three story structure at 198 Wilson St. near Harvard Street, Manchester fire said. Surveillance footage shows a small orange flame near the back deck, but within ten minutes, the entire building was engulfed in flames.

Fire officials said two adults were declared dead at the scene, and two children were pronounced dead at a hospital.iphone 5 replacement screen The victims were all found in a second floor apartment.

"It was intense . intense flames coming out," said David Holiday, who lives in a nearby building.

"It sounded like bombs," said Mayrose Donohue. "Everything just kept exploding and exploding and exploding."

The first crews to arrive at the building said the back of the structure was fully engulfed.

"Upon arrival, we had heavy fire showing from the rear porches," said Manchester Fire Chief Daniel Goonan.

Crews entered the building twice, each time pulling two victims from the fire.

"We made a second attempt to get into the second floor apartment and found two more. We located two more bodies," Goonan said.

The youngest victims were ages 8 and 10. Autopsies were scheduled for Tuesday.

"It's a tragedy. Those lives are cut short. They had a long life ahead of them. Something like to happen is an absolute tragedy," Holiday said.

"Losing everything, losing the whole family  especially the children," Paradas said. "They are kids. They are children. They are just starting to live now, and look what happened."

Neighbor Amanda Gagne said her children were friends with the young victims, and they were at her home on a regular basis.

"They were just awesome, full of energy, most beautiful blue eyes you ever seen. Good kids. Mom worked hard. Dad worked hard.iphone 5 replacement screen  They did the best they could for them. All I can say is that they are all together," Gagne said.

At least one survivor yelled at officials during a morning press conference, saying he did not think they did enough to save his friends.

"You said you did a fantastic job. Four people are dead. They were my best fing friends. That's not a fantastic job," he said.

A firefighter hurt his leg falling from a truck. He was treated and released from the hospital.

The approximately 30 people who lived in the building are being helped by the Red Cross.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
